Ralph arrived in Georgia

Hello,

Ralph arrived in Augusta Georgia last week. He is doing fine and seems to be enjoying his travels.

We've taken him around town and have shown him a number of different sights. He saw the gates of the world famous Augusta National Golf Course. This course hosts the Masters Golf Tournament every year in April.  He also had the opportunity to visit the NCAA Division II soccer championships. American International School from Springfield Massachusetts was playing.

Thanks for having Ralph come and visit. He is now off to Ennis MT.

Nate Jr Visits Mystic Connecticut

Hi Nate,

I am visiting Mystic CT which was settled in the 1600's by the Pequot tribe. After the Pequot war, it became an English settlement. It was the leading seaport in the area and is now a popular tourist area. What a great experience I've had here. I went to the Mystic Aquarium, my favorite place so far.
I saw the baluga whales, sharks & stingrays. I was very impressed with the Moray eels. I am glad there was glass between us. Next I went to the Mystic Seaport. That's me sitting in the wreath. The Charles W. Morgan, a famous whaling ship, was out touring New England ports. Pictures of it were amazing! It was fun to look at the red tugboat which was very big.I am having so much fun that I think I'll stay out in the world exploring for a while longer.

Your traveling bear, Nate Jr.

Hi Brendan!

Stephen arrived safe and sound in Westlake Village, which is part of Los Angeles, CA.
Weather is sunny now but will be colder soon – nothing like Boston though!
I am looking forward to showing Stephen around especially since everyone is getting ready for Santa!

I’ll send pictures soon!

Cocoa is in San Diego

Hi Sarah!

We miss you so much! Cocoa and I have been having a great time in San Diego (I think she likes the warm weather). Green tea is my favorite so we have been drinking it together daily. I love her home by the way, you made it so cute!! I promise to take her somewhere cool in California. Cocoa has just been so busy, she flew on an airplane to Las Vegas, Nevada for Thanksgiving! She had an awesome time in the care of my best friend Teresa and her family. I will be coming home in two weeks! I cannot wait to see you in Massachusetts (: I love you!

Ted is in Hingham, MA

Hello Ryan and friends.

Ted arrived safe and sound at our house in Hingham, MA today at about 3:00. He seemed a little stiff from his journey, but otherwise very happy to step out into the fresh air. He will spending some time with the Finnerty Family; Wendy, Mike, Samantha and Julia along with their puppy Sydney. Hingham's roots go back to the earliest days of European settlement in the new world. It is named after Hingham, England. Hingham is full of rich history since it was one of the earliest settlements. We have the Old Ship Meeting House, the oldest church building in the US., and Derby Academy, the first co-educational school in the nation. We can't wait to get to know Ted and spend time exploring the great sites near us.

Sincerely,

Wendy Finnerty
