Marshmallow arrived in Tucson to kisses from Sophie the Chihuahua.
Marshmallow visited the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum and rode the Javelina statues. The museum is a 98-acre zoo, aquarium, botanical garden, natural history museum, publisher, and art gallery founded in 1952 with extensive exhibits on the Sonoran desert region.
On the way home from the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum, Marshmallow helped us rescue this very frightened dog in traffic. She kept “Hank” company in the car on the ride home. Marshmallow is currently assisting in interviewing process for potential adopters.
A view from the top of Sentinel Peak - 2,897 ft (883 m) peak in the Tucson Mountains overlooking downtown Tucson, Arizona. In the 1910s University of Arizona students used local basalt rock to construct a 160-ft-tall block "A" on the mountain's east face, near its summit, giving the peak its other name, "A" Mountain. The peak is part of a 272-acre park, the largest natural resource park in the City of Tucson.
Marshmallow also made a stop at The University of Arizona. Founded in 1885, UA was the first university in the Arizona Territory. Her favorite photo was taken at the football stadium where the Arizona Wildcats football team plays.
