Has anyone heard that a lot of potatoes are grown in Idaho? Well it's true! And with that said, Jen was on the lookout for a good place to find potatoes for supper! We finished delivering in the state capital of Boise right at suppertime so she did a little research and found a fun place called Boise Fry Co. They specialized with french fries as the main course and burgers on the side. We chose purple potato fries & sweet potato fries and they had 9 fun dipping sauces & 9 spices to choose from. We chose all 9 sauces but I liked the blueberry ketchup & maple marshmallow the best! Jen chose to try a bison burger & she was surprised she liked it so much.
Idaho sure is a pretty state, I thought it would be potato farms everywhere but surprisingly, there are a lot mountains...so many mountains in fact, that the mountainous area covers an area larger than all of New England! And snow...what a lot of snow out here.
